Atkinson Staffers Go Head-to-Head With Court Jesters for a Family Fun Night of Exhibition Basketball

Join the Freeport community for a night of wholesome fun as the Court Jesters Exhibition Basketball Team wows the crowd with its fancy footwork, eye-popping basketball tricks and rim-rolling stunts. Comprised of former NBA and college players, these personable athletes promise to put on a great show as they “compete” against some of Atkinson School’s brave teachers and staff members.

Team teaching is the underpinning of Freeport's unique grade 5-6 center. While continuing the course of study begun in the earlier grades, the approach here provides children with preparation for secondary education. Atkinson's fully equipped science lab is an exclusive opportunity for hands-on experiences. Special programs include an expanded Computer Assisted instructional Lab, and Wednesday afternoon Interest Option Enrichment for all children.
